Privacy notice

This notice explains how the independent NowOrNot project handles personal data submitted through the early-access waitlist.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, selected price region, signup time and the version of the consent notice you accepted. We do not intentionally store your IP address in the waitlist database.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage early access, understand which regional prices to prioritise, and send product launch or beta invitations. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is processed

The website, security services and waitlist database are provided by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited technical request data to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Retention and sharing

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for the beta and launch communications. We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers needed to operate the site or where required by law.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

NowOrNot currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms to protect the service.
